Should I sign in with Facebook, Google or email and password?
How you sign in depends on how you set up your account when you first got a quote or purchased your insurance. If you set up your account using your Facebook account, use Facebook to sign in. If you set up your account using your Google account, sign in with Goggle. If you used an email address to set up your account, enter the email address and password you chose to sign in.
If you can’t remember how you set up your account, get in touch. We will need to ask you some questions to identify your account so we can give you a hand figuring out how you set up your account.
What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
Go to the login page and click ‘Forgot your password?’ and we will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
What should I do if I have forgotten the email you use to log in?
Try other email addresses you might have used to set up the account, for example, did you use your work email address or did you use a personal email address, like Gmail? We can also tell you that the email address that your payment receipts are sent to is the email address you should use to log in.
